Ludovico Einaudi
will play his only UK show announced for 2015 as part of Nocturne Live in the stunning surroundings of the Great Court at Blenheim Palace located just outside the town of Woodstock in Oxfordshire.
His hauntingly beautiful and evocative music has sold over 1.5 million records and has quietly made him one of the most successful musicians in the world. He has provided music for more than 20 films including Shane Meadows' This Is England and the French International hit Untouchable. After selling out 7 nights at the Barbican in 2013 and another sold out event at the Hammersmith Apollo in 2014 he will be welcomed to the stunning surroundings of Blenheim Palace's Great Court.
The concert will be built around In A Time Lapse and will be the last opportunity to hear this music live.
The seemingly simple but strangely affecting music of Ludovico Einaudi defies pigeonholing - expect to feel transported and mesmerised by (his) artfully wrought piano compositions.
